Job Position: Secretary,
We Are Hiring Office Secretary with the Below Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence. Arrange, call and schedule meetings.
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of technical industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assisting in the management, implementation and administration of the company’s Integrated Management System
  • Working and facilitate with other staffs in a collaborative, positive manner in preparing documents.
  • Reviewing and proofreading documents for consistency in document formats and system concerns.
  • Assigning correspondence reference number, transmittals, internal memo and other document tracking numbers.
  • Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 Years of relevant work experience

Job-Specific Skills/ Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to interact with the project team.
  • Good Technical and analytical skills.
  • Cooperative and supportive.

Salary: 3000 to 3500 AED

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
